JEN SCHRAGE
President
Jennifer is a life-long Alaskan with deep roots in the Anchorage community. Jen oversees major client relations, marketing, and contract management for the company. She is an active volunteer serving on the board of directors for the University of Alaska Foundation, Associated General Contractors Alaska Chapter, Ninestar Education and Employment, and the Alaska Women’s Gold Nugget Triathlon. Additionally, she’s an active supporter of Junior Achievement, Covenant House, and the American Heart Association.

Vice President
Tim is a life-long Alaskan who earned a BBA in Business Management from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Tim is active in Anchorage Downtown Rotary and is a Past President of the club. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities with his boys Mason and Reese, flying, fishing, and hunting.

General Manager
Mark has worked with Signature Land Services since the beginning. As General Manager he supervises all operations, field management, estimators, and our equipment maintenance facility. Mark is a hard working straight forward Manager who enjoys family time, hunting, fishing, and boating.

Project Manager
He moved to Anchorage, Alaska in August of 2010 to begin a new chapter in life with his first job shoveling snow that winter. Dave joined Signature Land Services in early 2012 working on various projects and became the concrete foreman when Signature started doing concrete full time. Dave is also an integral part of the Winter snow removal team and he’s become a very important part of the Signature Land Services family year round.

Office Manager
Ruth moved to Alaska from North Carolina in 2005. After 12 years in the industrial safety field she moved to Signature Land Services in 2017. Ruth is responsible for all aspects of office administration including insurance and billing. Ruth enjoys yoga, fishing, and herding with her 2 Rottweilers.

Operations Manager
Steve moved to Alaska in 1985, from the suburbs of Chicago and went to Dimond High School with Jen and Tim. He began working in the Alaska Construction industry in 1989, soaking up everything he could in what was known as “dirt work” throughout the years. Beginning his asphalt career as a truck driver in 1994, he quickly moved up to Paving Foreman. In 1999, he spent time in Las Vegas beginning as an Equipment Operator for a Land Development Company and was later promoted to Field Superintendent overseeing the development of multiple 70+ acre sites. Steve moved back to Alaska in 2004 and joined the Signature team in the summer of 2018. Steve’s extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise makes him a tremendous asset for Signature Land Services and a trusted partner to our customers.

Over the past 6 years of dedicated service, Jeremy has embraced opportunities for growth and learning within the company. He works hard not only to improve himself, but those on his crew. A vote determined by his peers, Jeremy was recently honored as Signature Land Services’ Supervisor of the Year 2024 for his work both in the summer and winter seasons. We’re very proud to have him part of the Signature family.
